Crazy Draft AOK1001

Is this crazy? No it's British! Two secretarys actually want to submit a draft to the House of Commons to bring all British dogs back home from the European Union countries after Brexit! A Labor MP forgot the still confidential draft in his seat in the House of Commons. A whistleblower took some pictures of the document.

The text of the document:

Draft law AWO 1001/2020, AB 2, II

About the whereabouts of British dogs after Brexit from January 1, 2021

The UK prides itself on centuries of culture. With Brexit in mind, it is extremely important to remember your own cultural strengths and characteristics. It goes without saying that this also includes the following dog breeds, which are like hardly anything else an expression of the strength and specialty of the Empire and which is a product of a very long tradition of breeding, as only the British understand it:

Airedale Terrier, Basset Hound, Beagle, Bedlington Terrier, Bloodhound, Border Collie, Border Terrier, Bull Terrier, Bulldog, Bullmastiff, Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, Clumber Spaniel, Cumberland Sheepdog, Cur, Curly-coated Retriever, English Cocker Spaniel, English Foxhound, English Mastiff, English Setter, English Springer Spaniel, English Toy Terrier (Black & Tan), English Water Spaniel, English White Terrier, Field Spaniel, Flat-coated Retriever, Jack Russell Terrier, King Charles Spaniel, Lakeland Terrier, Lancashire Heeler, Lucas Terrier, Manchester Terrier, Miniature Bull Terrier, Norfolk Spaniel, Norfolk Terrier, North Country Beagle, Northern Inuit Dog, Norwich Terrier, Old English Bulldog, Old English Sheepdog, Otterhound, Parson Russell Terrier, Patterdale Terrier, Pit bull, Pointer (dog breed), Russell Terrier, Smithfield, Smooth Fox Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Sussex Spaniel, Talbot, Tweed Water Spaniel, Whippet, Wire Fox Terrier, Yorkshire Terrier

Our demands on the British House of Commons:
May it be decided that the European Union be urged to return all dogs owned by European Union residents to the British Isles if they are any of the breeds listed above. In order to enforce this, the European Union is asked to call on all owners of the dog breeds listed above, under threat of punishment, to take their dogs to the nearest animal shelter, from where they are picked up in three transport batches.

Implementation: The undersigned departments are working on a detailed implementation. It will be submitted to the House of Commons in December 2020 as a proposal for a resolution.
